QPR Establishes North American Business Headquarters in Alameda, CA

To further penetrate and support the North American market, QPR Software is establishing its North American business headquarters in Alameda, CA through a co-location agreement with reseller and consulting partner Bi3 Solutions. QPR operations in North America are headed by Regional Vice President Matti Erkheikki who has relocated to Alameda from QPR's global headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.
As part of the strategic partnership, both companies plan to further expand their North American operations in the coming months and years to better support their clients in the United States and Canada. "Establishing a United States local presence is key to QPR's growth strategy and we are excited about the market opportunities that exist in North America," said Erkheikki. As part of this expansion, Bi3 Solutions welcomes Kevin Carlson, former Director of Sales Systems and Analysis for LeapFrog Enterprises, who will be responsible for Bi3's Retail/Distribution Solutions, supported by Trish Fromm, Senior Consultant (formerly Sales Planning Manager for LeapFrog).
Bi3 Solutions will resell QPR's software platform to the Western region of the United States and will provide consulting and strategic services to its North American customers out of their Alameda, and newly opened San Mateo and Los Angeles, CA offices. Bi3 will concentrate on expanding their market share in key vertical industries including the public sector, higher education, law enforcement, airports and airlines, pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, distribution and retail.
